How do I reserve a scooter?
Contact us with your rental dates, delivery location, the rider's approximate weight, where the scooter will mainly be used, and whether you plan to transport it in a vehicle. We'll confirm availability, fit, pricing, and delivery details before finalizing the rental.
What areas do you serve?
Our core service area includes Central Park, Park Hill, Northfield, NE Denver, and the Denver Airport area. Customers outside the core area may still be served depending on rental length, delivery distance, availability, or self-pickup options. Message us your location and dates and we'll confirm availability.
Is delivery included?
Yes. Delivery, white glove setup, charger, and pickup are all included within our core service area. We bring the scooter to your home, hotel, short-term rental, rehab location, or another approved location — and we walk the rider through how to use it before we leave. We schedule around your availability, including evenings and weekends.
How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours — and usually much sooner. We're a local, owner-operated business and we take every request seriously. For urgent needs, call or text us directly at (303) 500-7444 and we'll do our best to accommodate you right away.
Can I pick up the scooter myself?
Yes, customer pickup may be available by arrangement. Pickup does not automatically reduce the rental price because the scooter is still cleaned, charged, reserved for your dates, inspected, and supported during the rental.
Will the scooter fit in my car?
Many travel scooters can be taken apart into smaller pieces and fit in most SUVs, minivans, hatchbacks, and some larger trunks. Smaller sedans may not have enough space. Tell us your vehicle type when you contact us and we can help you decide whether transport is realistic.
Where can the scooter be used?
Our scooters are best for normal everyday use on smooth, stable surfaces such as sidewalks, paved paths, airports, hotels, museums, shopping areas, medical appointments, and events. They should not be used on stairs, sand, mud, steep hills, deep gravel, grass, or unsafe or uneven terrain.
What happens if the scooter has an issue during my rental?
Contact us right away by phone or text. We'll troubleshoot with you and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the scooter becomes unusable due to a mechanical, battery, charger, or electrical issue not caused by customer damage, misuse, improper charging, or unsafe use, we will provide a replacement when available, repair the issue, or provide a fair credit or refund for the unused portion of the rental.
Do you require a deposit?
We do not require a deposit by default. However, a deposit may be required in certain situations based on rental length, delivery distance, or other factors. Customers are responsible for damage, loss, theft, missing accessories, or misuse.
How do payments work?
Payment is due before or at delivery unless otherwise agreed. We accept all major credit and debit cards. For longer rentals, automatic monthly payments may be required.
Can I rent a scooter for someone else?
Absolutely. Many customers rent scooters for a parent, grandparent, spouse, visiting family member, or someone recovering from surgery or injury. The person arranging the rental is responsible for payment, return, and making sure the rider uses the scooter safely.
